Payment Problems - What we need to know to help you |

Dear players,
in case the Coins you bought have not been transferred to your account, please contact our http://support.upjers.com/index.php?lang=en.
So we can offer you the best and quickest help possible, please help us by providing us with the following information:
We ALWAYS need to know:
1. Your user number (also called user ID). Please check your Profile!
2. The game and server you are refering to (i.e. www.molehillempire.com, Server 1, or www.kapilands.com, Server 2)
Please also let us know the following details for the respective payment systems:
Bank transfer

- Bank account holder
- Reason for transfer
- Date of transfer
Paypal
----------------
- Transaction number
- The e-mail address your paypal account is registered with.
If Paypal payments are not credited immediately, the reason can be:
- Your Paypal account has not been verified yet
- The Coins will arrive on your account, once Paypal has deducted the money from your bank account and transferred to us. This may sometimes take a few days.
